Sohee Fit When I post about hip thrusts I get a lot of questions pertaining to feeling the exercise in hamstrings and or quads and not so much in glutes Very well made.
Feeling hip thrusts in your quads too much I first want to say that while the hip thrust is predominantly a glute exercise it s actually very normal to feel a high degree of quad activation. Very well made.
